We do this by delivering exceptional integrated facilities management, help desk services and facilities management consultancy.The opportunity Be a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing sales invoices on a monthly/quarterly basis.Reviewing aged debt report weekly and chase debt where necessary.Dealing with any queries arising from billing.Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.Providing variance analysis on costs, as and when required.Assisting in producing balance sheet reconciliations.Refreshing various month-end reports.Preparing the cost centre’s monthly reconciliations.Processing the intercompany invoices and update relevant tracker.Updating the various trackers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Uploading the budgets onto CODA.Updating monthly staff cost models.Ensuring key vendors are paid on time.Providing support to the operations admin team.Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects.About youYou are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships.
