Resident and Engineer Success - Part Time Our client is seeking a Resident and Engineer Success Consultant to join their friendly team. The role is perfect for someone looking for a job to fit around family life.The purpose of the role is to connect with residents that have reported a repair but not yet engaged with the triage service to encourage connection, overcome objections and re-dispatch call links with the aim of increasing resident utilisation of the Helpme Fix triage service. To review call reports and footage, identify service gaps and correct incorrect session outcomes to improve service, and recover lost revenue. There is scope to expand this role into as our engineer success requirement grows. Additionaladd-hoc hours may be available for engineer interviews, test calls and monitoring engineer resource as time progresses.Requirements
