Job Description

We are currently recruiting for one of the world’s leading Digital/Retail FMCG companies, for the role of CRM Strategy Manager to work on exciting new projects and be responsible to lead change projects.Main Responsibilities

  • Define, embed and regulate contact strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with Strategy, Data & Insight team to understand the opportunities arising from different ways of segmenting consumers.
  • Ensure all strategic planning includes a view of the commercial impact of delivering across different segments.
  • Communicate Digital CRM campaign and initiative result appropriately to wider teams.
    • Skills/ Requirements
  • Experience within a CRM Strategic role with high levels of customer segmentation modelling being used.
  • Experienced gained within a B2C ecommerce environment in a CRM planning team.
  • Proven track record in creating contact strategies and planning personalised campaigns, specifically multi-wave campaigns to multiple audiences.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and presenting skills.
