Job Description

The Customer Team is looking for a CRM Development Managerto join the team!The RoleAs Majestic Wines CRM Development Manager you will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing all customer life cycle activities. As the CRM Development Manager you will be the overall owner and expert of Adobe CDP.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head to CRM to develop, build, execute and optimise the customer contact plans for each identified customer segment.
  • Develop an implementation plan to ensure campaigns / activity is delivered within agreed timelines
  • Develop an ongoing testing plan and methodology to ensure continuous improvement and learnings
  • Work with the Data analytics Manager to ensure accurate data is provided to execute campaigns
  • Develop process/methodologies for understanding the effectiveness of life cycle campaigns and regular communicate this to key stakeholders
  • Project manage additional activities as required for example Trust pilot, transactional email development
  • Work cross functionally to ensure other relevant areas of the business are bought in to life cycle plan
  • Work with the Content and Delivery team to ensure all campaigns are planned and delivered, accurately
  • Liaise with Adobe to ensure we are maximising the value of Adobe CDP including monitoring performance, additional training and budget management
Knowledge & Skills Required:
  • Highly analytical direct marketing expert with experience across DM, email, Social and used to managing customer selections
  • Experience of Adobe ideal or equivalent Customer Data Platform/ESP
  • Strong experience of Adobe Campaign ideal or equivalent ESP system.
  • Experience in customer lifetime value models
  • Experience of organising the delivery of direct (email, DM) customer communications in a fast paced retail environment
  • Experience across performance and CRM marketing, with a rigorous test and learn / AB approach
  • Performed complex campaign analysis and can communicate results simply for colleagues across the business
  • In touch with the latest in marketing tech
  • Used to delivering under commercial pressure
