Job Description

Do you want a to start a career in a company that really make a differenceWe are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join a Global company based in Watford. The role involves arranging legal contracts for clients which plays and integral part to the business.The organisation is open to considering a variety of candidates, previous experience in compliance is not a necessity as you will be trained on the role. This position would be suitable for either a candidate with previous administration experience or agraduate.This position is a Temp to FTC opportunity, so we are looking for a candidate who is available to work immediately.Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - Hybrid workingMain duties to include:

  • Processing and uploading legal documentation onto a tracking system
  • Ensuring that all contracts and documentation are compliant
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all arrangements are compliant with regulations
  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to any queries
  • Working in compliance to company policy and ethos
Candidate requirements:
  • Strong administration skills
  • Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to commute to Watford
  • Suitable set-up to work from home
