We are looking for engineers to join our rapidly expanding team, to help provide electrical, refrigeration and general equipment maintenance to our customers restaurants. We work with companies in the quick service food sector, as well as a range of other catering sites.We offer a competitive salary, van, fuel, phone, expenses, overtime, generous bonuses (approx 25% of annual on top), pension and the opportunity to learn some great new skills in a vibrant, challenging work environment.Our friendly, enthusiastic and talented people are what makes all the difference for our customers. We install, repair and maintain a variety of electrical cooking equipment (grills, fryer vats, milkshake machines, microwaves, hot chocolate machines, drinks systems etc).Although advert says Watford, thats because we have to put somewhere and Watford is roughly in the middle of our patch. We have customers in North and South London, as well as in Watford, Slough, Hatfield, Oxford, Stevenage, Luton, Bedford and all areas in between. Due to our non-centralised operational structure, engineers locations are not as important as their skills and willingness to do what it takes to provide customer satisfaction (although geography creates some limitations of course).Previous experience as a field service engineer is an advantage but we will provide training to the right candidate. Aptitude, innate skills, willingness to learn and understanding our customers needs are crucial.Good electrical knowledge and experience, preferably qualified to Level 3 NVQ, 18th Edition or similar but not essential if able to learn and pass exams. Refrigeration qualification an advantage but not a deal breaker for the right candidate. Training for specific manufacturers equipment will be provided, as will SPA Passport for working on construction sites (we install kitchens in new build restaurants).Good written & spoken English communication skills, flexibility regarding working hours (average 45 hours per week, 5 days per week, weekends 1 in 4, between 6am and 6pm), full driving licence (max 3 points) are all essential.We look forward to hearing from you.
