Job Description

Job title: Change AnalystLocation: WatfordFunction: Transformation OfficeContract roleDay Rate: Up to £475 per dayThe Transformation Office is a new Centre of Expertise in the firm, its focus is to deliver value add and cost savings to the firm by professionalising the way we identify, assess and deliver internal change. The Organisational Design Senior Manager will be a key role within the firms new Transformation Office and will be a key point of contact for significant internal projects - delivering strategic advice to project sponsors and project teams.The role will lead the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisations strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required.We are seeking talent an individual with experience of leading the delivery of Organisational Design (OD) and, ideally Behavioural Change Management (BCM) solutions to join the firms internal change management function.Responsibilities

  • Apply the companys change management method (BCM), processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the company
  • Apply best practice in organisation design with consideration for the companys business objectives, strategy, processes, systems and operations
  • Capable of creating organisational operating models and designs based on current state analysis
  • Capable of creating positions within an organisational construct through definition of roles, responsibilities, spans, layers, and reporting lines
  • Design and create interim and future matrix organisational structures using a job evaluation method
  • Conduct job impact analysis and assess organisation readiness for changes to structure, service delivery model, operations, governance, policies and reporting
  • Identify dependencies and requirements for proposed organisation designs to be implemented and adopted such as policies, procedures, systems, training and support collateral
  • Identify, segment and analyse key stakeholders and groups to build an effective stakeholder engagement strategy and plan including approach for potential stakeholder resistance
  • Work across and build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to shape and deliver a change plan
  • Desired skills and experience
  • Having strong Financial Service Change experience is essential
  • Have strong experience as a change analyst in the management and delivery of organisational design projects and ideally, change management projects within information security
  • Demonstrable experience of group level organisational restructuring in a large and complex environment
  • Strong experience of organisational design and transformation
  • Strong understanding of how organisations and people deal with all aspects of change
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience designing, facilitating and managing workshops focused on driving to successful outcomes
  • Experience working in a large and politically complex organisation
  • Experience at producing and presenting senior executive level reports
  • Experience in driving cultural/ behavioural change
  • Experience in delivering change strategy
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of system implementation projects
