Vacancy: Billing AnalystLocation: HertfordshireType: Permanent and HybridSalary: £27 000 - £35 000 (depending on experience)An established independent Energy Consultancy is looking for a Billing Consultant to join their Energy Bureau Team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within billing validation Bureau Services.The basic role is to deal with all areas of the billing and customer service of the bureau services.Key responsibilities : Act as initial point of contact for all customer queries either by telephone orelectronically and respond promptly and efficiently to all enquiries. Manage customer accounts; allocating and reconciling for referral process. Organise workflow to meet service level agreements.Manual Billing experience is important.Submitting timely and accurate statements of energy consumption and charges forheating and hot water are generated and distributed to residents each month. Provide a main point of contact for customers making enquiries on their heating andhot water accounts, demonstrating high quality at all times. Support the Bureau Manager by providing regular reports on heat meter status, meterreads and consumption data. Attend meetings with clients to explain heat network charges and to promoteunderstanding of heat tariffs.Knowledge and Experience Experience in the Housing finance, Energy sector or Telecommunications. Good organisational skills, Proficient with numeracy.
