Job Description

Are you an experienced in application support to 2nd / 3rd line Do you have experience supporting enterprise applications such as, but not limited to, CRM, ERP, Finance or Field Service solutions If this describes you then let Informed Recruitment help you achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for an Application & Support Analyst for a respected & established social enterprise in the midst of a digital transformation programme and that we are delighted to partner with.The main purpose of this role will be to ensure the provision for a second and/or third line support service on internal application services. You will do this by ensuring that, on a day-to-day basis, you resolve tickets and issues raised by clients in accordance with internal service levels, processes, and procedures. You will be positive and customer satisfaction driven in the provision of help desk services over ticket and call, measuring quality, resolutions, and timing. You will also be involved in ad hoc project work, the investigation & root cause analysis of underlying system issues, as well as helping with systems configuration, data conversion and testing where necessary.Must Have

  • A successful commercial track record in Application Support of enterprise or cloud application to 2nd or 3rd line.
  • Customer service driven, you will be able to display a high standard of issue resolution and problem management.
  • Experience of investigating underlying systems issues with associated root cause analysis.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications such as, but not limited to, ERP, CRM or Financial Accounting applications to a high level.
  • Experience of working with business processes or the support of technology within Field Services, Property Services, Social Housing, Repairs, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Maintenance, Mobile Working, Tenancy Management and/or Private Property Management would be desirable. (Such as one of Aareon 1st Touch, Capita OPENContractor, Castleton Agile365, Castleton Maintain/impactRESPONSE, Causeway Vixen, Civica Servitor, Housing SupportPro Works Connect, Innovation Apex, Kirona DRS/Field Service, M3 Locator Plus, Oneserve, Orchard Accuserv, XMpro, ROCC Uniclass, TotalMobile/Repairs/Service Connect, SAP Field Service, Dynamics 365 Field Services, Sales force Field Service, Oracle Field Service or similar).
  • Experience of working for commercial IT enterprises such as software vendors, IT consultancy, or IT outsourcing organisations.
  • As an individual you will be an excellent communicator, adept at liaising at all levels with a variety of stakeholders and have experience integrating business systems and processes. You will also be highly analytical with a keen eye for problem solving. This role is home based at the moment, but will be split evenly between home and an office in Hertfordshire post Covid.
