Job Description

Air Conditioning Engineer – Watford, LondonA well-established national mechanical & electrical building services provider who offer planned & reactive maintenance services are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.We are looking for a fully qualified, experienced mobile A/C engineer who is used to working for a variety of customers throughout London and the South East.Air Conditioning EngineerRequirements

  • Minimum Level 2 and F-Gas qualified air conditioning engineer.
  • Experienced mobile A/C engineer used to working in London and the South East.
  • Splits/VRV/VRF experience along with a good knowledge of general HVAC and ventilation systems.
  • Servicing experience, good fault diagnosis, remedial repairs including pressure leak tests and compressor replacements.
  • Chiller experience would be welcome, however not a necessity.
  • Keen and enthusiastic engineer who can work solely or as part of a team.
  • Experience with split and twin split installations would be beneficial.
Air Conditioning Engineer Package
  • Pay: Basic is £18 - £19 per hour, Sunday & Bank holidays are X2 basic rate & over 50 hours per week is 1½ x basic rate.
  • Travel: Door to door travel & company van
  • Standard hours: 8.30am – 5pm
  • Call out rota: Engineers will be added to an emergency call out rota which is currently 1 week in 9 (Monday to Monday).
  • Standby allowance: £125.00
  • Package: Company van, mobile phone, PPE, workwear, air conditioning related equipment (scales, vac pump, reclaim unit, gauges etc) to be provided.
  • Training: Training opportunities following successful completion of 6-month probationary period.
