Financial / Stock Accountant- Waterloo, London (Hybrid) - £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus & benefits FryerMiles is delighted to be partnering with a PE backed organisation in Waterloo London, recruiting on behalf of an exciting organisation. Its a great time to be joining our client as theyre experiencing a strong growth period despite the current global climate.In this role youll be responsible for providing effective Financial and Stock accounting to this international business. You will also ensure the completeness and accuracy of the companys Stock Reconciliation and provide timely information to the business.Key responsibilities in this role includes:

Ownership of demand planning within the finance department.

Driving the stock reconciliation and transactions in NetSuite and Salesforce.Ownership of RMA reporting within the finance team.Overseeing that processing POs and Orders are correct in NetSuite and Salesforce.Assisting FD and CFO in the management of key suppliers and reconciliations between their systems and ours.Creating best practice processes within the sales operations, operations and finance team.Drive operational excellence with the use of KPIs in the finance and operations team.Reviewing and identifying process improvements.Assisting the FC with variance analysis and ensure BS reconciliations are completed and documented each month-end appropriately.Reconciliations of POs within NetSuite ensuring item receipts and bills are in sync.Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA). Previous experience of Stock accounting is highly advantageous coupled with Netsuite experience. You will be comfortable interacting with people at all levels in the business, with an ability toprovide insight to non-finance members of staff on an international scale.
