You will be reporting to the CEO, and will be responsible for ensuring an excellent client experience. You will take ownership of the customer experience, implementingbest practice guidelines along the way. You will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills in order to tackle an array of tasks - from putting together webinars, to getting clients set-up with product trials.
