Job Description

We are currently partnered with a leading marketing agency who are experts in SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Content Marketing, Outreach and Digital PR. My client is seeking an ambitious Account Executive who is eager to learn and progress into a clientfacing opportunity. What youll be doing
  • Supporting the Client Services team in retaining and developing client relationshipsas you develop, this role will become client facing
  • Carrying out various account management activities and ad hoc tasks for a wide portfolio of clients
  • Communicating with your Account Director to ensure client expectations are managed
  • Compiling monthly reports and ensuring all relevant details of communication with every client is logged via the CRM System
  • Interacting with other teams at WMG including New Business when dealing with account handovers
  • Working alongside the Technical Account Manager to gather, monitor and analyse performance data
  • Actively identifying opportunities with the Technical Account Management Team to introduce additional services to the client
What experience youll need to apply
  • Ideally, you will have industry knowledge in digital marketing and agency experience. This is not essential, but you must have enthusiasm for all things digital
  • Used to and enjoy working to targets
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication and rapport building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to make things happen
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and the internet
