Software Engineer / Principal Engineer - JavaScript - Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire - £40,000 to £65,000 DOE + Benefits - Ref: J2558AWe have a new opportunity for a Software Engineer / Principal Engineer to join a global leading technology manufacturer operating in over 30 countries worldwide. The successful candidate will be working within a small, focused team, developing a variety of internal and external facing Applications.As the Software Engineer / Principal Engineer, you will be involved in all areas of the Software Development Lifecycle including programming, debugging and testing tools. They utilise Agile (Scrum) working in 3-week sprints. This means one week in 3 can be quite hectic (with the end of one sprint and the beginning of the next). This does however leave the other 2 weeks to focus on pure development!To be considered you must have previous experience in a similar role utilising JavaScript, CSS, HTML and other web technologies. You will also ideally have good exposure to JS tools and Libraries such as React, Redux and AKKA (others will be considered).
