Job Description

Senior Service CoordinatorJob title: Senior Service CoordinatorLocation: Waterbeach, CambridgeHours / Days: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pmJob type: Full time permanentSalary: Circa £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experienceWe are pleased to be recruiting for our forward thinking client based in Waterbeach. We are looking for an experienced and professional senior service coordinator to organise and ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and manage ateam of service coordinators/administrative or support staff. The senior service coordinators responsibilities will include working closely with our senior managers, project coordinators, surveyors, lead engineers, service coordinators, engineers, and customers.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organisation, time management and communication skills, as youll collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the companys administration and office.Responsibilities of the Senior Service Coordinator:

  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organising company events or conferences
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating tasks to the service coordinators
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Ensure all RAMS are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages including Office 365, Xero and Infraspeak
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Assisting the organisations HR function (Citation) by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging
  • Interviews and so on.
  • Organising and responsible for engineers diary
  • Replying to emails and answering the phone and taking customer enquiries
