Job Description

The Pertemps RecruitmentResourcer will need to:

  • Promote Pertemps products and services.
  • Be passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service from the first contact through to placement. Fully focused on the customers needs and concerns.
Exceed agreed Key SLA quality and efficiency targets and Performance Indicators (e.g. email responses, candidate registration, housekeeping, accuracy, speed, compliance, timekeeping etc.) Communicate effectively by: Writing concise and courteous emails. Demonstratean excellent telephone manner: (tone, inflection, open questions, summarising accurately) Take accurate and clearmessages.
  • Have attention to detail with a consistent adherence to procedure and quality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult situations effectively.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and discretion at all times.Plan, organise and prioritjse all daily, weekly and monthly administration, using effective time management tools to ensure contingencies are included so that each task can be delivered within agreed SLAs and timeframes.
  • Be flexible and supportive to other team members and to assist and coach when needed.
  • To assist in the updating of adverts, in line with company procedures, using all available Pertemps appropriate methods and systems.
  • With training and guidance, to assist in screening and shottlisting of candidates, by reviewing applications and CVs.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by communicating, when required, with the candidates and internal teams
  • To assist candidates, when required, by providing them with a comprehensive written brief, confirming ail the relevant recruitment information for each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Initiate, engage with and develop candidate relationships by phone, email or face to face
  • To attend and contribute to the branch weekly meetings and kick start meetings in order to understand the company, the branch objectives and performance.
  • To liaise regularly with the Pertemps Recruitment Consultant/s, to understand and support current recruitment needs and help to identify new business opportunities to refer onto the Consultant/s.
  • Provide first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Communicate relevant and timely information to team leader, colleagues, clients and candidates.To assist, when required, with pre-employment and compliance checks, in line with: company policy, relevant legislation and client specific on-boarding processes
  • Provide candidates with the refevant professional support and a comprehensive recruitment service. Seek and provide candidate feedback, in a professional manner.
  • Assist the Pertemps Recruitment Consultant/s to record client satisfaction, in order to respond to future needs.
  • To efficiently maintain an accurate recruitment database and to regularly record and check candidate and client information
  • Utilise database information in line with relevant legislation and best practice Escalate non-compliance where appropriate.
  • Escalate as and when appropriate, any potential legal or business risk, to the relevant senior manag-
  • Demonstrate effective questioning and active listenng skills
  • Demonstrate effective planning, time management and organisational skill
  • In addition the Pertemps Payroll Administrator will need to:
  • Produce an accurate weeky payroll of timesheets to a strict deadline to ensure that workers registered and working through Pertemps get paid for the work that they have done.
  • Carry out essential administration of information about work done by temporary and permanent workers so that accurate information goes into producing the payroll.

  • Ensure that all workers receive professional treatment from Pertemps through personal attention to their details.
  • Respond to queries on personnel policies and procedures, and assist with the resolution of payroll queries.
  • Answer client enquiries through informed knowledge of client contracts to facilitate relationship building between Pertemps and their clients.
  • Invoice clients using information produced by payroll.
  • Provide general or specific information and advice for contract companies and workers. Liaise between client and workers.
  • Analyse time sheets before payroll input and performance reviews, to ensure accuracy, Assist the team manager to co-ordinate information.
  • Produce weekly reports and statistics, using our in-house systems.
