Product Conformance Team Leader / Senior Engineer - Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire - £50,000 to £65,000 + Benefits - Ref: J2622We have a new opportunity for a highly motivated and industry proven Product Conformance Team Leader / Senior Engineer. The successful candidate will be working within the verification department of a leading global technology manufacturer whose products are used worldwide. Focusing on the mandatory conformance and fit for purpose testing, the role is responsible for ensuring their radio equipment excels against their customers demanding requirements.As a Product Conformance Team Leader / Senior Engineer, you will support the development of their products by identifying and interpreting regulatory requirements for the worldwide sale as well asfor creating and communicating the conformance roadmap to the rest of the business. This will include identifying and managing the resources required to ensure that their products always conform to the current regulations.As well as the Team lead responsibilities, you will still be hands on in devising testing regimes and develop plans to test products ensuring that both mandatory conformance and product requirements are tested effectively and efficiently. Working with Project Management and Technical Leads you will prioritise testing ideas. Using a combination of internal testing and external test houses, you will carry out tests in line with project timescales, helping in the resolution of issues as and when they arise and ensuring the external test houses are set up properly and the correct testing is carried out.Skills, knowledge and Experience required:
