Job Description

Thermoteknix, a growing but well-established company based in North Cambridge, is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join and play a key role in its sales administration.Thermoteknix is an award-winning innovator and manufacturer of night vision and thermal imaging equipment for Industrial applications, military, defence, security and law enforcement. Celebrating 40 years of business success in 2022, the company continuesto expand alongside demand for its award-winning and ground-breaking technology.Candidate Are you an experienced sales administrator or sales coordinatorAre you looking for a new role within an award winning company, working closely within the Sales team delivering pro-active sales administration support and customer care to a broad range of UK and international major organisations The successful candidatecan look forward to:The Role

  • Providing a link within our Sales Order Process: between dealing with customer enquiries, preparation of quotes, order management through to successful deliveries
  • Liaising with our Sales, Production and our Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service throughout.
  • Maintaining data entry into Pipedrive (CRM system) and compiling sales reports.
  • Updating product reference lists.
  • Attending exhibitions and meetings where required
  • Organising international travel for members of the sales team, including booking flights; booking cars/taxis, making hotel arrangements; producing itineraries and organising visas.

  • Previous internal commercial sales experience preferred (not retail sales).
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Well organised with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities on a regular basis.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
