Job Description

Electronic Mechanical AssemblerLocation: Cambridge, CambridgeshireSalary: Very Competitive + Excellent BenefitsOur client, a well established manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Electronic Mechanical Assembler to join their Production Team.Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, clean, and inspect optico-electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Test, focus, and align optico-electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Skillfully utilise solvents and adhesives as required.
  • Identify and report any defective products or materials during production.
  • Accurately record, test, and enter data into production databases.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Possess a documented engineering/skills qualification.
  • Proficient in understanding and interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experienced in using hand tools, with a preference for previous work involving optical components and clean room environments.
  • Familiarity with clean room techniques for opto-mechanical assembly.
