Job Description

Start Date: ASAPLocation: Waterbeach, CambridgeshireHours: 08:55 - 17:10 - Monday-Friday 36.25 hours per weekSalary: £10.50 per hour, overtime rate is paid at £15.75 per hour for anything worked above 36.25 hours.Are you looking to start a new office-based career Are you a friendly individual with previous customer service experience Candidates with a background is hospitality, retail, office, or graduates would be suitable for this role as full training will be provided!Busy Bee Recruitment are currently assisting with the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator for their client based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire We are looking for someone who can answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries whilst supportingthe administration of processing sales orders.Duties: Answering the telephone dealing with multiple customer enquiries Updating the CRM system accordingly Processing of sales orders Processing high volume emails Constructing emails to customers dealing with enquires and complaints Being part of a relatively small team, you will need to gain all round experience to help, if necessary, in all areas of the office routineSkills Required: Ability to construct a professional email with accurate spelling The ability to be organised and efficiently follow through each job Be a conscientious team player with good all-round communication skills Good telephone manner Proven team player Be energetic & positive, with a can do attitude towards customers at all timeIf you like the sound of the role and are ready to take the next step in the recruitment process, please click apply or call Maya at Busy Bee Recruitment.
