Our client based in Washington is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their busy team!As a Service Coordinator your main responsibility will be to schedule the work of their Service Engineers, in a specific geographical location. It is the role of the Service Coordinator to plan the jobs on priority basis, taking into consideration securityissues, Engineer location as well as Engineer skill set. Our client also has customer service agreements to adhere too, and so it is important to also consider these to ensure we continually offer a fantastic service.Their Engineers complete a variety of different works across a range of access products. Jobs could be for emergency reactive work, compliance checks or quoted work repairs and upgrades. This role requires great problem-solving skills, as well as good organisationand communication skills as you will be required to act as the liaison between their customers and Engineers, providing updates and ensuring they are kept up to date with the time of their visits as well as the progress. For certain jobs, you may be requiredto order materials or plant to ensure all jobs can be completed first-time!Your Skills
