Job Description

WWT Washington Wetland Centre is looking for a pro-active marketing professional to join our busy and friendly team.PR and Marketing ExecutiveRef: PR&ME/PT(2023)WasWashington Wetland Centre15 hours per week (working pattern negotiable)£8,808 per annm (FTE £22,020)You will assist the Marketing and Communications Manager with all aspects of marketing including PR, advertising and social media activities as well as helping to organise and implement a regular program of events.You’ll need experience of creatively working in a marketing and PR role, hands on experience of marketing and communications plans and strong organisational skills. You’ll be confident with digital platforms and channels, have excellent interpersonal skillsand be able to work independently.The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) is a conservation charity that protects wetlands for wildlife and people. We conserve, restore and create wetlands. We are pioneers in saving wetland wildlife, both in the UK and around the world. At our 10 UK sites arounda million visitors a year engage with wetland nature.
