The Systems & Analytics Advisor will have ownership for the successful implementation, maintenance, and output of the People (HRIS) Systems. This role serves asa technical point-of contact supporting the HR system needs of the business. Working closely with the People team and key stakeholders across the business to ensure data accuracy integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and running/analysing dataflows for process improvement opportunities. The role will be responsible for auditing and reviewing internal processes to ensure we have the system functionality that supports their teams and drives efficiencies. The role also supports system upgrades, testingand other technical projects as assigned.As a People Advisor you will also coach, influence, and support managers to deliver an exceptional experience for all people at each stage of the employee life cycle.
