  • Working hours of Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
  • Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
  • You must have previous experience working as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
  • You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques with both heavy and minor crash repair.
  • Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer.
  • Mending rusted parts of a vehicle’s bodywork.
  • Replacement of panels.
  • Panel Repairs (Straightening and filling)
  • Body Alignment
  • Welding ARC, MIG, TIG and bonding
  • Panel Beating (Major or Minor damage repair)
  • Jig Work
  • Filler Work
  • Pin pulling
  • Removing any dents in panels.
  • Repairing minor scratches or making replacement panels.
THE PERSON
  • You will have prior experience working in an automotive repair environment and will be a highly skilled technician who is consistent in producing high quality results.
  • Examine vehicles to identify additional work for repair and complete in a timely manner
  • Ability to identify different colour variants and match colours without assistance
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with compliance to Health & Safety at all times
  • Valid UK driving license is essential
  • Previous experience is essential
  • Experience using modern water-based paints
  • Ability to work efficiently, with high numbers of vehicles coming into the Bodyshop
  • Must have own tools
