Job Description

The CompanyMTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading customer service client in their search for a Customer Service Advisor with language skills from a Nordic/Scandinavian country - Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Dutch. The company are an employer of choice for those seeking an exciting and dynamic role in customer service role, and who are seeking to utilising their Nordic language skills. The successful candidate will become a part of an organised and efficient team of friendly and professional advisors and can develop and grow along with the rest of the team. You must be able to Monday-Sunday between 8am-10pm, this will be working 5 days a week. The role will be handling only customer service emails, so your written English and Native/fluent language must be excellent, and you must be highly IT literate.The Role

  • Responding to customer emails
  • Handling queries
  • Use knowledge gained through training and be able to apply this information efficiently
  • Understand the needs of the prospective customer
  • Record organised notes of customer interactions on a company database
  • Support others in your team
  • Provide a high standard of quality and professionalism at all times
  • The Person
  • Able to speak, read and write fluently in English as well as one Scandinavian language i.e. Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch, Danish is essential.
  • Confident when dealing with customers
  • IT Literate and very comfortable handling email responses.
  • Must be well-organised and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Good team and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work between Monday - Sunday 8am-10pm
