Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a well established business in Washington, who are looking for an Admin/Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.Working within a busy finance team, your duties will include:Inputting Purchase invoices again POs on Eque2/ overhead invoices on Sage 50 Checking supplier statements and producing monthly payment run for Finance ManagerBasic credit controlcontacting customers for payments due.Management and distribution of incoming calls, emails and queriesLogging tenders on CRM systemGeneral filing and organisation of officeOrdering office stationery/refreshmentsVan trackers & reports for payroll/timesheetsBooking accommodation/travel for management/senior staffManaging senior staffs diaries and booking meetings / assisting senior staff with anything required.New supplier forms, PQQscompleting company infoFirst point of contact with customers coming into the office / offering refreshments for meetingsCandidates must have excellent working knowledge of Sage 50.
