Telephony / Voice & Application Consultant (Cisco / Ring Central / CX One)Voice & Application / Data Consultant / Telephony Consultant / Telephony Engineer / Telecoms Engineer / Voice Engineer / Telecom Support / Telephony Support / Telephony Implementation / Telephony / Cisco / Ring Central / CX One / Studio / IEX / ASdvancedWFM ITIL / Fully Remote / £475 per day Inside IR35One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Telephony / Voice & Data Technical Consultant with extensive experience implementing Telephony Systems such as Cisco, Ring Central and CX One.Location - RemoteDuration - 3 monthsDay Rate - £475 per day - Inside IR35Experience:

  • Experience working on telephony implementation/migration/relocation projects
  • Experience upgrading and supporting telephony ( Cisco, CX One, RingCentral)
  • Applications and supporting components (Studio, IEX and ASdvanced WFM)
  • Detailed configuration knowledge and demonstrable experience of Studio scripting
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ITIL Foundation qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
