HRS are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Warwickshire area. As the Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance of all lab equipment and engineering systemsin the facility.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties as the Technical Support Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. You will carry out reliability calculations on all laboratory equipment and engineering systems in the facility and work closely on the validation process, enabling equipment usage following repair (OQ, PQ). 2. The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical engineering coaching for Laboratory Equipment Technicians and ensure that Healthy and Safety standards are met. 3. You will be responsible to research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions as well as resolve or escalate complex technical issues on all laboratory equipment, such as robotics systems and/or automated RNA extraction systems.4. Another duty will be to ensure effective prioritising while managing several open issues at one time and ensure regular calibration of equipment.
