Job Description

Technical Project Manager (IT / OT)UtilitiesHybrid: Onsite in Warwick only when needed6 months+£500 - £550 per dayIn short: Technical PM required to join an international utilities company in building out 12 security End Points for OT and IT. We would like you to demonstrate working knowledge in the following areas:

  • Release Management
  • Service Management / ITIL
  • 3rd party suppliers
In full:Technical Project Manager to oversee the design and installation of a pre-production environment consisting of both IT and OT technology stacks to be used for Cyber Security testing. At least 5 experience examples of managing projects within structured frameworks(e.g. PRINCE II) and/or using agile practices.You should have a good understanding of ITIL Service Management processes for release management and change control.Previous experience in the utilities sector would be advantageous, as would knowledge of the CAF and NIS regulations.The environment will be used for multiple purposes so any experience with projects utilising automated build, test and deployment would be extremely useful.Previous experience of working with OT control systems would be an added bonus.Previous experience of some or all of the following is beneficial:* Cloud hosted and virtualised environments (MS Azure preferred)* Configuration management processes and tools for environment management (MS DevOps preferred)* Automated test frameworks and tools* Operational Technology implementationsBeneficial qualifications:* PRINCE II Practitioner* ITIL Foundation* CISSPCandidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.Please be advised if you havent heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.
