I am looking for a driven Supply Chain Coordinator working primarily within their Sea Freight operations providing world class service to their consumer base, they are a retail distribution business based in Warwickshire.I have an exciting opportunity to join a growing retail distribution/manufacturing business as they look to recruit a highly capable Supply Chain Coordinator to focus on improving sea and courier operations throughout Europe and Rest of the World. Basedat their state-of-the-art facility in Warwickshire, the successful candidate will earn a competitive salary up to £32,000.Previous experience of working within a freight forwarding or container distribution environment is essential, perhaps someone who has worked within a graduate scheme in logistics. You will strive to ensure that all transport and purchasing activities areexecuted in accordance with customer service level agreements. You will monitor that all suppliers are operating at the required levels of performance and that HMRC compliance is of the highest order especially with new Brexit implications pending.The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain onsite to shape the planning and management of freight movements by the business either throughout Europe or ROW. You will be tasked with ensuring the highest levels of performanceof their supply chain operation, the highest levels of customer service are demanded and a candidate who has exposure within container distribution would fit in nicely here.The site is a manufacturing and distribution environment within the retail sector where you will need to engage with all internal stakeholders from top to bottom.
