Solutions Architect / IT Architect / Technical Architect / Multi-channel cloud contact centre solutions (voice, web, chat, email, social media and SMS) / UCaaS / CCaaS.One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Solutions Architect.Location - Initially remote and then mixture of remote & Warwickshire when restrictions liftDay Rate - £600-650 per day Inside IR35Duration - 6 monthsExperience:*Solutions Architect / IT Architect / Technical Architect experience*Multi-channel cloud contact centre solutions encompassing voice, web, chat, email, social media and SMS*Proven technical and solution design skills in a solution-sales based multi-channel contact centre environment *Appreciation of the architecture and integration of recognised enterprise voice and unified communications platforms.*UCaaS/CCaaS technical design and architectural experience*Experience of end-to-end architecture, covering business requirements through to technical deployments and service designDesirable *TOGAF*ITIL Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
