Locations including; Warwick, Bidford, Alcester, Stratford and Rugby. The schemes themselves have been developed to meet the needs of individuals who have mental health needs, a learning disability and/or autism. Some of the individuals may have physical disabilities,complex needs or behaviours of concern.The ideal candidate for this role will:* Have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, ideally supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.* Have an understanding and preferably experience of Positive Behaviour Support.* Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 4 or 5, or be working towards this.This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role, typically Monday-Friday, however flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service which may include evenings and/or weekends. For your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £36,055 perannum and a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days plus 8 additional statutory days.You will be joining an established and large organisation with a great reputation and great progression opportunities!
