Scrum Master Scrum Master / Agile / Workshops / Sprint / Stakeholder Management / Remote / Warwickshire.We have a 6 months assignment for an experienced Scrum Master to join the in-flight Document Migration and Re-Platforming project.The primary function of this contract role will be to rationalise/update the current DevOps and coordinate and assist in planning sprint activities and co-ordinating the execution of the agile sprints. Working with off shore 3rd parties and IT teams ensurethat the scrum team operates as a performing team to ensure timely delivery.Location - Remote / WarwickshireDuration - 6 monthsDay rate - £600 - £650 Inside IR35The role includes but is not limited to:* Manage the Sprint process through the diverse Scrum team, delivering regular deployable document templates for the Billing and Insurance products.* Support project resources effectively through the Sprint process to ensure that resources have everything needed to deliver against the Sprint plan. Assist in removing all blockers and using the appropriate escalations where applicable.* Lead the Sprint meetings aligned to the AGILE methodology including estimation sessions, planning, daily stand-ups, scrums and retrospectives.* Provides advice and guidance on Agile ways of working promote adoption of best practise. * Working with the IT WSL, ensure that Sprint team is adhering to controls and governance.Modis International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
