Job Description

Position: Sales and Marketing Director- Permanent- WarwickshireLocation: WarwickshireContract Type: Full Time- Permanent- HybridSales and Marketing Director:I am currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing director to join a leading membership/association. The nature of this role is due to successful growth and acquisition of new businesses to grow their service offering. The Sales and Marketing directorwill help shape and support on the companys growth.The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for:

  • Devising and implementing a successful brand, marketing, and sales strategy for the associations brand
  • Grow the sales and profit to deliver the goals of the business
  • Devising and developing coherent offering across the range of products and specialisms
  • Development of the sales budget
  • Delivery of strategic sales leadership in conjunction with the senior leadership team
  • Representing the group at key stakeholder meetings and events
Key Skills required for the Sales and Marketing Director are:
  • Previous experienced with developing and delivering of sales and marketing strategies.
  • A strong understanding of how to develop and run the sales and marketing activities of a professional services business
  • Ability to lead a sales and marketing team
  • Evidence of tackling key business issues
  • Proven management experience at a senior level
  • Key stakeholder experience
