Job Description

Regulatory LeadOne of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Regulatory Lead to join them on 6 month initial contract role.Location - Hybrid/WarwickshireContract: 6 month initial contract + subject to extensionRate -£800 pd - inside IR35Key accountabilities:

  • Co-ordination of regulatory audits over NIS in scope services and that the organisation is compliant with requirements. Specifically ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged in the audit process and that a repository of all control / audit evidence iskept up-to-date and held centrally. Where necessary audit findings are tracked and remediation action followed-up on.
  • Management of all items relating to compliance with CAF, NIS and NIST frameworks. You will seek to develop the ways of working in the organisation to ensure that these are actively complied with and where not those exceptions are recorded. Where necessaryroadmaps of compliance will be documented to demonstrate evolving controls.
  • The creation and completion of documentation to support funding for future years of the programme.
  • Creation of Price Control Deliverables (PCDs) and Regulatory Reporting Packs that are required to be completed on a 12 month cycle
  • The assessment of ongoing engagement requirements from OFGEM and other security partners
  • Close collaboration with delivery towers to ensure that regular reporting of progress towards regulatory
Experience and skills :
  • 3+ years demonstrable experience in a regulatory environment (preferably OFGEM, alternatively OFWAT or OFCOM environment)
  • Demonstrable experience of cyber security frameworks including NIST, CAF, ISO27001
  • Demonstrable experience of ISA/IEC 62443
  • Experience of using GRC management tooling
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; both written and oral
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, organising and prioritising a demanding workload for yourself and direct reports
