Job Description

Propositions Consultant My client, one of the UKs market leading insurance companies, well known for promoting a great workplace for its employees are looking for driven and experienced Propositions Consultants to join their growing Strategy and Marketing team.As a Propositions Consultant you will work on an extensive change programme to deliver new propositions, new systems and processes and develop new channels for customers.There will be a blended approach to home / office working with the clients head office being based in the Warwickshire, West Midlands.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide propositions expertise to influence the delivery and implementation of new personal lines product propositions, ensuring that they meet existing and new target customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial objectives.
  • Working with a range of key stakeholders; refining product proposals, defining how the product will impact customers, processes and procedures and considerations across the marketing mix.
  • Be the expert on new propositions; developing and refining requirements and working with build teams to deliver the optimal proposition for customers.
Key Skills and Experience required:
  • Proven track record within proposition / product management and development.
  • Demonstrable experience with insurance, underwriting, life or financial services products and / or sectors.
  • Good understanding of customer needs, the impact of external markets and the current regulatory environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills to influence at all levels.
  • Proven multitasker with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects at once.
