Job Description

Job Title: Project Support Analyst7 month contract opportunity (Inside IR35/Hybrid working - 2/3 days onsite per week)Location: WarwickWe are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Support Analyst to join a dynamic team on an initial 7 month contract engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective set up and implementation of training and knowledgesharing for the whole Finance Office Function, as well as the update of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Office workstream team to conduct training need analysis (TNA) and develop robust plans for training and knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as the schedule expert, ensuring the timely completion of various training types and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the wider Finance teams to report and update on the current status of training and knowledge transfer requirements.
  • Support the management of the overall status of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the testing phase, ensuring thorough completion and appropriate resolution of discrepancies/errors.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for all areas of the function, incorporating knowledge share material and addressing any process changes or capability gaps.
  • Work with the central Project Change team to deliver necessary training, ensuring an optimal end user experience.
  • Contribute to transition activities for Day 1 readiness, including process handover and documentation, knowledge transfer, training, data cleansing, and acceptance testing.
  • Assist in the development of internal and external communication materials to engage and inform relevant stakeholders throughout the transition period.
Requirements:
  • Strong project support skills, preferably with experience in scheduling activities to meet deadlines, particularly in training-related initiatives.
  • Experience working on change/transformation programmes, specifically in dealing with testing, training, and process design for finance areas, would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of governance, risk, and internal control frameworks.
Please note that this is a 7 month contract position based in Warwick (Inside IR35)
