Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a design, build and creative supplier to some of the most prestigious events and brands in the UKTHE COMPANYA creative and unique company who supply and install a range of innovative features for live events including bespoke horticulture, interiors, pop up bars and exhibition stands. Boasting their own workshop, warehouse, green houses and hot houses in rural Warwickshire,they are preferred suppliers to a range of racecourses as well as high profile brands. They have a unique set up designing and manufacturing all builds in house with their team of Designers, Carpenters and Welders as well as growing a huge range of plants and flowers used to create natural themed event spaces. The role will be based at their offices with a great team who are down to earth and perform best in a relaxed environment. In quieter periods they also offer more flexible working hours and early finishes rewarding the hard work the team put in over the summermonths. THE ROLENow looking for an Event Project Manager to oversee projects from quote to completion, you will be working with high profile clients, juggling multiple projects and providing new and fresh ideas and concepts.Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a main point of contact for clients
  • Managing budgets
  • Managing incoming enquiries and providing proposals
  • Interpreting briefs
  • Briefing internal teams on new projects
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Inputting into design features and concepts
  • Producing design decks and pitching
  • Overseeing onsite installations
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate with have proven experience managing projects from brief to completion in a design and build environment working with high profile clients. The ability to approach projects with enthusiasm and creativity is key. You will have the ability to work in a busy and fast paced build environment and be able to work effectively across multiple projects. In return you will be working with a fantastic team of passionate people, delivering some truly exceptional event spaces.. Due to the nature of the role and location of the offices you must have a Full UK Driving Licence. Live specialises in all disciplines (and at all levels) across events, experiential and exhibitions.
