Programme Manager (ERP / CRM / Salesforce)UtilitiesHybrid working in Warwick6 months+£750 - £800 per daySnapshot: Very senior Programme Manager with experience of delivering complex, large scale ERP migrations required to report to, and manage, board level stakeholders. This is a multi-million pound programme of work likely to last 2 years+and is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.Job Purpose:Our Global Solutions Development team is currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and drive high quality outcomes for our business by delivering large scale programme of works. As a Programme Manager, you will need to understand customer objective, program goals, and technical aspects involved to deliver the programme successfully. Additionally, you will drive the programme execution with an end-to-end ownership based on the contractedscope of services. Key Accountabilities: Stakeholder management, including expectation-setting and address problems by coordinating with various senior stakeholders. Explain and articulate status, issues risks, dependencies to senior leadership (CXOs). Escalation management - timely escalation at the right time to the right IT and Business stakeholders. Manages interdependencies with programme stakeholders and addresses schedule management. Manages costs, budgets provisioned for the contracted scope and tracks contractual milestones. Manage conflicts on programme management aspects, amongst the various programme stakeholders. Perform a proactive monitoring to ensure project is on-schedule, on-budget, and delivers desired outcomes. Partner up with the Product team for relevant solutions while orchestrating the overall delivery. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Monitor and control allocated project resources, maintaining financial and progress forecasting to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and within budget. Implement project tracking mechanisms to be able to provide timely and concise updates on project progress to senior management and key stakeholders highlighting areas of risk and capturing key decisions. Remove the obstacles or impediments faced by the team in its work Mentor the team members to adopt Agile mind-set, including ownership, self-management and empowerment Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Be the point of contact for all external communications (e.g. from customers or various stakeholders) Guide the team members to achieve optimum productivity through process improvement Helps the team manage and track progress through JIRA. Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it Participating in Scrum of Scrum activities for the program Qualifications Required:Minimum Strong experience in executing a large-sized IT Transformation programs primarily with Cloud-related Transformation (Application migration from on-premises to Cloud). Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams. Result-oriented with strong time management skills, highly organised, motivated, and driven to succeed. Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business acumen. Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management, CRM, etc Can govern the program based on Agile methodology of project execution. You can initiate action plans aligning to Agile methodology of project execution (Scrum/Kanban framework). Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals and project management practices within an Agile framework.
