Spring Technology are currently recruiting for a leading client based in Warwickshire for an experienced Product Manager specialising in Digital Workplaces/O365. The successful candidate will have global responsibility on driving technology adoption, strategy, change and Digital Workplace capabilities. The position will be accountable for leading the formulation and implementation of the companys future IT strategy for Digital Workplaces/O365 and emerging technology, as well as operating and maintaining the existing systems and infrastructure lifecycle. They work hand-in-hand with IT colleagues to ensure the seamless provision of IT to drive maximum business benefit across multiple national and international geographies, sites and platforms. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities*Defines, communicates and executes a robust Productivity strategy, in line with the Enterprise IT strategy, across multiple national and international geographies, sites and platforms whilst ensuring that the stability of current operations are maintained and that the operating model, service levels, resources and cost-base are fit for purpose to support the client strategic expansion.*Understands business activities and its ambitions, strategically, commercially and culturally, so as to ensure the effective and timely provision of technology to support agreed strategy.oFormulates and drives the associated programmes of work and through this, develops a strong customer focus that attracts end user buy-in to IT initiatives.*Is an influencer for productivity technology, engages and informs stakeholders and the wider business.*Drives adoption of new and existing technology in line with Digital Workplaces overall strategy and objectives.*Ensures new and existing technology achieves a return on investment during a well-defined product lifecycle.*Manages decommissioning and replacement of end-of-life technology and services.*Works with finance teams to ensure technology and services achieve the businesses financial objectives, by tailoring against the needs of the business and Digital Workplace strategy.*Ensures delivery and service contracts properly reflect business requirements and represent value.*Provides innovative solutions within existing and new technology to meet business objectives.*Works with service teams to continually improve the level of service provided to end users.*Works with vendors to deliver value beyond technology and services.*Ensures client productivity technology landscape reflects and supports their commitment to diversity and inclusion.*Designs and owns technology processes which make enable and empower end users to easily consume Digital Workplace services.*Acts as a trusted advisor to their assigned business domain Leadership Teams & Boards with regard to IT/commercial issues and form strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to gain support and cooperation for continuous change and improvement.*Reviews and approves technology changes which impact, or are impacted by, productivity services and software.*Promotes Digital Workplace capabilities and common approaches to reduce costs and improve business efficiency within the environment. Ensure that projects are aligned to business and IT strategies and do not duplicate functionality. *Drives the adoption of common technology capabilities by customers to improve productivity and support strategic company objectives*Identifies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximise the investment in products and services*Builds robust demand and supply-side governance of IT, and an effective business partner capability to ensure alignment of all parties to further enhance the working relationship with the wider business.*Establish and improve service delivery levels for both current and future systems, and formulate a shared service approach for all business units and countries.Essential:*Exceptional track-record of technical leadership where service quality & security is a priority. *Strong commercial acumen and a history of making innovative and profitable decisions with respect to IT.*Strategic insight & deep content expertise in IT systems and services *Experience of defining and executing a long-term strategies within a significant IT environment.*Proven internal/external stakeholder/change management ability *Demonstrable experience of working in a commercial, pragmatic and entrepreneurial environment where pace and execution are a pre-requisite.*Experience of IT management at scale, strategic and operational, within a high transaction volume / high availability environment.*Track record of executing major IT programmes and for managing the enhancement and upgrade of a complex systems environment*Agile IT background*Technical Expertise:oOffice 365/Tenant ManagementoGoogle GSuiteoAdobe Creative CloudSpring acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
