Job Description

Process Lead - Investment Governance6 monthsWarwick/HybridWe are currently looking for an experienced Process Lead to join an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor owned Energy companies in the world. Our client plays a vital role in delivering gas and electricity to many millionsof people across Great Britain and North-Eastern US in an efficient, reliable and safe manner.The role will sit within the Investment Governance team. This team operates financial business controls and owns the investment process designed to give assurance that the business are committing the right amount of money to the right things to help ourbusiness performResponsibilities

  • Develop a process so that it is easier for users to understand and operate in our growing portfolio of work
  • Help to provide a straightforward view of business performance
  • Highlight blockers, risk and opportunities and the impact they have on performance
  • Plan and prioritise tasks that will deliver our process improvements
  • Build constructive relationships with our stakeholders
  • Agree and implement changes to resolve performance blockers
  • Report on successful progress and risks
  • Deliver parts of the process to support the team and gain experience to be used for streamlining
What were looking for:
  • Project management or agile delivery experience
  • Knowledge of ISO55000 would be beneficial
  • Experience in leading and delivering process improvements
  • Microsoft Office365 user
