Job Description

**P6 Systems Lead** (Contract)Duration: 12 Months (Possibility for Extension)Location: Hybrid/WarwickRate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day rate is available for suitable candidatesRole PurposeTo lead the provision of tools and data to help deliver fit for purpose IT systems and processes to enable the production of the necessary suite of project controls reports. This role requires experience of developing and implementing IT systems and leadingvirtual teamsKey Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance of the process of identifying the project controls reporting capabilities and subsequent data requirements to enable production of the monthly report
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the suite of reporting tools to be used for producing reports
  • Support the ET systems strategy shaping the landscape for the future
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way to directors and senior managers
  • Develop, Design & implement data bridges to support the Cost Management output for Earned Value Reporting
  • Ability to establish strong sustainable relationships with key internal and external personnel
  • Expert user of the P6 suite and its reporting functionality
  • Ensure data flows across systems are documented ensuring appropriate data quality checkpoints are incorporated
Skills & Experience:
  • Experienced in setting up the capability for reporting systems on large scale capital programmes
  • Proficient working under tight deadlines
  • Proficient people management skills and experience at all levels internal and external
  • Proficient in Programme Controls or Programme Management
  • Proficient commercial awareness, organisation and planning, team working and communication skills
  • Experienced in supporting the development of IT systems in support of the Project Controls
