A specialist chemical manufacturer has developed a brand new Operations Manager position to work with the senior leadership team and facilitate a process improvement plan. This is an autonomous, varied role which will incorporate cross functional collaborationand allow you to drive sustainable change in this business ans support them in embedding a new site.Client DetailsAn established business is looking to drive improvements across their sites, aiming to get the most from their processes, people and equipment. As the Operations Manager, you will be working with the engineering and production departments across multiplesites to deliver optimal site efficiency.DescriptionThis is a key role in the business that will allow you to develop and drive process and operational improvements in order to deliver best possible capacity, capability and costings.
