Job Description

Superb Senior O2C Lead opportunity for a skilled professional able to support in the delivery of a wide scale Transformation project leading in all areas of process improvement, project management and operational delivery.Client DetailsMy client is a leading Manufacturing and Production sector business based in Warwickshire with operations across the world. They have an immediate requirement to recruit a highly skilled and professional O2C Lead to join their SSC to support the ongoing development and transformation of the service.DescriptionThe O2C Lead will be responsible for:

  • Design and implement relevant policies to support the O2C process
  • Manage the transformation of the O2C service ensuring relevant policies and procedures are updated/implemented to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Identify process improvements utilising latest technologies to support in the provision of a best in class service
  • Proactively mitigate risks associated with the end to end process and help drive resolution of escalated issues
  • Provide clear leadership ensuring staff of all levels within the service are appropriately managed, trained and development to maximise potential and drive performance levels
  • Ensure the maintenance of high level of engagement with stakeholders across the O2C process and wider global business
    • ProfileTo be successful in this role you will be required to have significant O2C specialism and ideally hold relevant CICM qualification, having lead large diverse teams within SSC environments previously. Experience with SAP would be a huge benefit but is not essential. You will be a self starter, with real passion and flair to support in transformation and process improvement projects whilst also leading on all aspects of operational management and leading a large AR function.Job OfferCompetitive daily rate, flexible working (home working available), scope for permanent employment, opportunity to support in large finance transformation project Required skills
