Mediplacements are currently recruiting for a Locum Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician to undertake a role based in the Warwickshire. Location: Currently working from home. Will move to hybrid working when COVID19 rates allow (Office based in Warwick)Hours: 37.5 hours per week Initial term: until 31/03/2021 Interviews will be by telephone Band 5 Pay: £20-21ph As a Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician, you will be required to support the Specialist Medicines Pharmacist and Medicines Optimisation Leadsto provide a service to its customer(s) and: Provide high quality project, service and administrative support including information and analysis, demonstrating initiative as required. Undertake reporting and analysis of specialist medicines related informationto support delivery of the Medicines and Therapeutics services. Enable, promote and support the effective use of specialist medicines-related data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support projects, services, and initiatives. Inorder to be considered for this role it is essential that you have a working knowledge of GP clinical systems, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services, or equivalent and are registered with the GPhC.
