Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with the UKs leading charity protecting women and children against domestic violence. Set up in 1971, they now help over 6,000 women and children every day, with their goal being to create a world where they can livesafety. They are now recruiting for a MARAC Administrator, based in Warwickshire, initially on a part time, temporary basis with the potential to become permanent.As a MARAC Administrator you will support the MARAC Coordinator to administer the operation of the Warwickshire Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) associated administrative tasks as directed by the duty manager and MARAC Coordinator. Dutieswill involve, gathering relevant information about the MARAC cases ahead meetings, attend Multi Agency Risk Management Conferences, taking minutes and producing accurate records, contacting referral agencies, work with the Refuge IDVA Team to provide administrativesupport, monitoring the secure inbox and management of the MARAC secure electronic filing system. You will ensure that confidentiality and security of information is maintained whilst promoting and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of self and others.To be considered for this role you will have experience of working in an administrative/clerical role within a busy office environment dealing with confidential information. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills including theability to meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision. You will be able to communicate clearly and concisely, working alongside other team members, being able to build effective relationships both internally and externally. You will have Intermediatetyping/word processing/audio or ability to type at 45 wpm. Experience and/or knowledge of the MARAC process is essential and working within domestic violence and/or public protection field is desirable.To be considered, you must be in possession of a fully enhanced DBS check, issued within the last year or registered to the online update service.
