3Our prestigious Utilities client based in Warwick have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Lead Estimator with proven estimator experience and understand the top-down estimates term to join them for an initial 12 months contract. Location: Warwick - Hybrid of 2 days a week in the office Rate: A competitive day rate is offered to the suitable candidateKnowledge & Experience Required: * Leadership* Ability to extract relevant information* Networking and Collaboration* Production of robust estimates with sufficient details.* * Utilities estimating experience.* Constructability knowledge & some technical experience.* Ability to interpret technical & cost information* Self-starterThe Role & Key Responsibilities * Liaising with Project team to establish the project scope.* Identifying gaps in the available information that is essential for project cost estimation and risk.* Challenge the available detail and obtain the relevant missing information to develop the assumptions.* Track progress and manage the relevant governance reviews and sign offs.* Collaboration with the wider team to establish the project baseline (scope, programme, cost estimate and contingency)Candidates will need to show evidence of the above in their CV to be considered.If you feel you have the skills and experience and want to hear more about this role apply now to declare your interest in this opportunity with our client.
