The position will be brought on to really take on and embed an internal comms process during a huge periodof change.Their aim is to enable better communications across the business to inspire people to reach personal and business goals. With this support, they endeavour to see an uplift in engagement and employee satisfaction.This role is a lynchpin for everything to do with internal comms and they are looking for someone who is happy with that element.
