HR Project Manager - Workday (Talent & Performance modules)Location: Warwickshire - flexible workingSalary: £400-500 per day + expenses (minimum 6 month project)The primary focus of the HR Workday Project Manager is to support Workday, the company’s human capital management system (HCMS). This position serves as the integration point of contact for assigned functional areas within Human Resources (Great Teams!) and assists subject matter experts (recruiting, HCM, benefits, learning, talent, projects, compensation, performance management) with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities. You will also be responsible for integrating the Talent & Performance modules into the organisation through data transfer, training & development and ensuring a super user environment.
