Job PurposeTo be responsible for leading the HR integration up/downstream strategies and governance to help end client scope and implement best of breed solutions.Key Accountabilities* Work directly with HR teams across end client on multiple programmes and projects impacting the success of HR System deployments.o Lead HR Integration team meetings to effectively draw out member ideas and concerns while keeping the team focused on objectiveso Identify and recommend solutions to streamline processes for key HR Integration designs* Create, execute, and manage comprehensive plans to:o Identify and manage deliverables and prioritieso Develop and deliver on timelines, roadmaps & schedules* Check and approve in flight BAU/Project/Integration impact assessments carried out by functional teams across SuccessFactors modules* Communicate effectively and proactively on ownership of tasks, risks and issues* Report regularly on overall status to wider end client Teams and key stakeholders* Partner with the Senior HR IT Product Manager and Director, IT and other related Functional Teams to develop change plans and ensure best practices are implemented where we see opportunities* Demonstrate effective teamwork and display a willingness to direct other team members in driving overall project progress* Be flexible and prepared to handle changing priorities and needs* Identify and address integration implementation risks to remove project roadblocks and engage appropriate internal escalation resources.* Manage relationships with other internal partners and outsourced services vendors in support of operational and program delivery activities.You must have the following skills and qualifications to be considered for this role:* Broad global technical integration experience is a must* Experience with Cloud based HR Systems, such as SuccessFactors* Experience with Integration security protocols, implementation approaches, plus tools and phases of the project lifecycle* Exemplary people management and organizational skills* Strong creative analytical and operational capabilities* Ability to work effectively to complete projects from strategy to execution* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment* Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities* Flexible, open minded and adaptable with a technology agnostic approach* Ability to navigate across culture differences to ensure communication is clear given language and culture barriers* Resilient and tenacious with a team focused attitude* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various seniority levels
